After each service, we verify that all gates are securely closed, and our team members are thoroughly screened before joining Poop Guru.
Absolutely! Most dogs are friendly and enjoy having us around. For the safety of our team, we ask that any dog with a history of aggression or protective behavior be kept indoors during service. If a dog displays aggressive behavior toward our staff, we may require that the dog be secured during future visits or discontinue service if a safe working environment cannot be maintained.
Yes! Poop Guru will clean all outdoor areas of your property where pet waste may be present, including front yards, backyards, side yards, flower beds, dog runs, and other pet-accessible spaces.
Please note that our service is limited to outdoor areas only. We do not provide cleanup services inside homes or other indoor spaces.
Poop Guru service plans start at just $99 per month. Pricing is based on factors such as yard size, number of dogs, and service frequency. Most customers invest between $99 and $130 per month for recurring dog waste removal service.
No long-term contracts. Cancel anytime after your first 4 weeks. Managing your service is easy. You can start, pause, or cancel your subscription (*after week 4) at any time through your customer portal or by reaching out to our office.
Proper disposal is an important part of our service. After cleaning your yard, we securely bag the collected waste and place it in your designated trash container. If you prefer, we can leave the bagged waste in a specific location on your property. We do not haul waste off-site, allowing us to keep our service efficient and affordable while ensuring your yard is left clean and tidy.
